Sherry Vinaigarette 1 Tbs finely chopped Shallot 3 Tbs Sherry Vinegar 6 Tbs Olive Oil 2 tsp Dijon or other spicy Mustard 1/2 tsp coarse Salt 1 Tbs chopped fresh Thyme Freshly ground black pepper to taste
