Oakville Cherry Cabernet Vinaigrette 1 Tbs Oakville's Roasted Onion Balsamic Mustard 1/2 tsp E & A Herb Bundles, crushed between fingers 1/4 cup Oakville's Cabernet Vinegar 1/2 cup McEvoy Extra Virgin Olive Oil Pinch of finely chopped Meyer Lemon zest Salt and Pepper to taste
Place mustard, herbs, vinegar, zest, dash of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Whisk ingredients together and slowly drizzle in the oil until the dressing is thickened and emulsified. Adjust seasoning to taste. |
