Oakville Grocery Balsamic Vinaigrette 1/2 cup Oakville's Sherry, Garlic & Herb Mustard 1 cup Oakville's California Fig Balsamic Vinegar 3 cups Oakville's Olive Oil Kosher Salt and Cracked Black Pepper to taste
Combine the mustard and the vinegar and whisk until smooth. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil in a thin stream while whisking. Be careful not to pour too fast or the vinaigrette will break. Season with the salt and pepper if desired, but not critical if the dressing is already to your liking. This vinaigrette is shelf stable and can remain in the pantry in a bottle with a tight fitting lid for up to one month. The vinaigrette will separate if refrigerated. Make sure that the dressing is shaken to re-emulsify before using if it becomes separated. |
